Access facilities at Strangers' Hall
Strangers' Hall is not accessible to wheelchair and pushchairs users.
A presentation giving a virtual tour of the museum is available at ground floor level in the schoolroom. Call 01603 667229 to check availability, as this room is also used for visiting school groups.
Carers
If you will be visiting with a carer, they will be admitted to the museum free of charge.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are very welcome. Ask for a bowl of water at the reception desk.
People with impaired hearing and sight
Contact us if you would like access information in any other format such as Braille, large print, audio cassette, or CD.
Toilets
The toilets at Strangers' Hall are not accessible for visitors in wheelchairs.
